Our mentorship program is designed to provide ongoing growth and professional development in a collaborative environment. We meet once a week as a team to dive into new topics, share insights, and support each other in our caseload treatment planning. In addition, you’ll have weekly one-on-one meetings with the owners and lead therapists, where we focus on exploring advanced therapeutic strategies, discussing challenging cases, and offering personalized guidance. This program ensures that every team member receives the support, knowledge, and mentorship needed to excel in their role and grow within the company.
