Alie (Co-Owner & Therapist)
Co-Founder/Owner
Occupational Therapist MS OTR/LWith experience in early intervention and pediatric outpatient clinics, Alie is all about creating personalized, playful, and meaningful care plans that help little ones thrive — not just in therapy, but at home, school, and everywhere in between. Alie loves making therapy fun and engaging by tailoring sessions to each child’s favorite things — whether that’s a holiday-themed activity, a Paw Patrol scavenger hunt, or a superhero yoga adventure. She believes that when therapy feels like play, kids make amazing progress. Over the years, Alie has worked with hundreds of families — always with a focus on education, advocacy, and celebrating every small (and big!) win. She’s especially passionate about helping families feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way. In her outpatient work, she’s created everything from caregiver support groups to social-emotional and mindfulness groups — all designed to nurture connection, confidence, and joy. Her therapy toolkit includes extensive knowledge on sensory integration, trauma and anxiety-informed care, Floortime techniques, pediatric yoga, mindfulness, feeding support, and sleep training and consultation. Alie also loves collaborating with other professionals — always learning, growing, and finding new ways to support her clients in the best way possible. Outside of Creating Connections she enjoys cooking, going for walks with her dog, kayaking, Netflix marathons and traveling to St. Petersburg, FL with her family and friends!

Jenalee (Co-Owner & Therapist)
Co-Founder/Owner
Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA/LJenalee has a deep clinical interest and growing expertise in working with children who have experienced trauma, as well as those navigating emotional regulation and sensory processing challenges. Her child-centered, play-based approach is a cornerstone of her therapy style, complemented by a transparent and thorough parent education model that supports meaningful progress across all environments. She brings extensive experience in designing and leading social-emotional learning and executive functioning groups, helping children develop critical life skills in engaging, supportive ways. Jenalee is passionate about lifelong learning and is committed to continuously expanding her knowledge to best support her clients and their families in this ever-evolving field. Her current therapeutic tools include the DIR Floortime approach, Trauma-Informed Care, the Safe and Sound Protocol, and has been deemed our clinic’s "Toileting Specialist”.
Outside of her work at Creating Connections, Jenalee enjoys spending time outdoors—soaking up the sun at the beach in the summer and skiing in the winter. She also loves crafting with her Cricut and traveling.

Danielle (Lead Therapist)
Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA/L
With over nine years of experience in outpatient pediatrics, Danielle brings a deep well of knowledge and passion to her therapeutic work. Her expertise spans sensory integration, trauma-based interventions, executive functioning, strength and endurance training, and youth mentorship and empowerment. Additionally, Danielle support's clients and families through aquatic and recreational therapeutic strategies.
Danielle’s approach is rooted in the belief that the most effective therapy is both personal and client-centered. She integrates elements of her own passions—such as rock climbing, longboarding, running, yoga, obstacle course racing, hiking, weightlifting, and kayaking—into her sessions, using these activities as dynamic tools for growth, regulation, and empowerment. She also draws on her love for art, journaling, carpentry, and meditation to create holistic, individualized treatment experiences that meet each client where they are.
Whether in the water, on the trail, or in the clinic, Danielle is committed to helping children and families build meaningful connections and unlock their potential through movement, creativity, and play.

Kelsey (Therapist)
Occupational Therapist, MS OTR/L
Kelsey brings her extensive pediatric experience to the Creating Connections team, with a diverse background in both outpatient settings and public schools. Her expertise includes sensory integration, the SOS Approach to Feeding, handwriting and fine motor development, executive functioning, and recreational-based interventions. Kelsey takes an energetic, play-based approach to therapy, leaning into her therapeutic use of self to build meaningful connections with each child she works with.
With a strong understanding of academic environments, Kelsey is passionate about helping children succeed not only at home but also in school and all the spaces in between. She has a particular passion for feeding therapy, driven by her experience supporting children with sensory and medical-based feeding challenges. Kelsey is committed to making mealtime a more positive, independent, and successful experience for children and their families, always tailoring her approach to meet them exactly where they are.
A retired gymnast and active runner, Kelsey brings movement and enthusiasm into her sessions, often engaging kids through fun and active play. Outside of work, she loves vacationing on the Cape, going for runs, and snuggling up with her kittens.

Corrie ( Therapist)
Occupational Therapist, MS OTR/L
Corrie has a rich background in early intervention and outpatient pediatrics. For the past six years, she has focused her work on supporting Autistic children, bringing deep empathy, patience, and a strong ability to build rapport into every session. Corrie’s approach is rooted in a play-based, sensory-rich, and child-driven model, designed to empower kids through creativity, confidence, and meaningful participation.
Her commitment to professional development shines through in her continued education and specialized training in areas such as pediatric yoga and mindfulness, Floortime, Learning Without Tears, emotional regulation, picky eating, sleep support, and new perspectives in Autism. She is passionate about tailoring therapy to meet each child where they are, making sessions engaging, dynamic, and effective.
Outside of Creating Connections, Corrie is a proud mom of two boys and her dog, Bailey. She enjoys staying active through yoga, boxing, pickleball, and outdoor adventures. She also loves cooking and baking—and as a fun fact, she makes her own pickles and even took second place at the 2018 Boston Pickle Fair!

Grace (Therapist)

Grace is a dedicated and compassionate pediatric occupational therapist with a strong passion for helping children thrive in their daily lives. She specializes in working with children of all abilities to support their sensory integration, fine motor development, self-regulation, and independence in everyday tasks. Her approach is rooted in child-centered, play-based activities, allowing her to tailor sessions to each child’s unique needs and strengths. Grace has worked in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, and early intervention, collaborating closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Grace is especially passionate about empowering parents and caregivers, equipping them with family centered strategies to support their child’s growth beyond therapy sessions. Whether she’s helping a child improve their handwriting, build emotional resilience, or master daily routines, Grace brings creativity, patience, and a deep understanding of child development to her work.
Outside of her work at Creating Connections, Grace loves spending time outdoors with loved ones, staying active through hiking, yoga, and boxing. She also nurtures her creativity through photography, journaling, collaging, and painting. Grace has a deep appreciation for live music and its power to bring people together, often incorporating music and art therapeutically with children and families.

Natalia (Therapist)
Occupational Therapist, MS OTR/L
With over four years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, Natalia brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and compassion to the field. Natalia has worked in a wide variety of fields spanning from birth to old age. Currently serving in the field of pediatrics, Natalia specializes in early intervention for children aged from birth to 3 with a focus on motor skills, sensory processing, feeding,parent coaching and overall child development. Natalia is also a passionate advocate for adaptive sports and has developed and led a tennis program for children with disabilities.. The program provides children with an opportunity to engage in physical activity, develop motor skills, and build confidence. She aims to teach key skills such as hand-eye coordination, agility, and teamwork while adapting activities to meet the specific needs of participants. Outside of work, Natalia enjoys outdoor activities in all New England seasons, baking and traveling!

Melanie (Therapist)
Occupational Therapist, MS OTR/L
Melanie is a passionate and dedicated occupational therapist who finds joy in helping children build confidence, independence, and a sense of play through meaningful, child-led experiences. She was drawn to the field of occupational therapy by her deep-rooted desire to support others—especially young children—in reaching their fullest potential.
Her love for pediatrics began early on while working as a pediatric rehabilitation aide and mentoring in her dance studio’s adaptive dance program. These formative roles sparked her interest in inclusive, creative approaches to care—an interest that grew even stronger during her studies at Quinnipiac University. One of the most defining moments in her journey was volunteering at Camp No Limits, a camp for children with limb differences and their families, where she witnessed the power of adaptive play, community, and self-empowerment firsthand.
In therapy sessions, Melanie brings energy, empathy, and a collaborative spirit. She believes that strong relationships with families are essential to meaningful progress and is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive space where kids feel safe, celebrated, and motivated to reach their goals. Families value her thoughtful communication and how she thoughtfully tailors sessions to each child’s unique strengths, challenges, and interests.
Outside of Creating Connections, you’ll find Melanie cooking family recipes, experimenting with new iced latte combinations, walking by the water, or teaching dance classes at the same studio she grew up in. She’s thrilled to continue building connections and supporting each child’s journey with patience, purpose, and positivity.

Anna (Therapist)
Occupational Therapist, MS OTR/L
Anna brings nearly nine years of experience supporting children in both outpatient and school-based settings. She is passionate about helping each child thrive in their daily life through a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and play-based approach. Anna focuses on building functional skills that support real-world independence and values close collaboration with families and caregivers, equipping them with strategies that extend beyond therapy sessions to foster meaningful growth at home and in the community.
She has extensive experience providing interventions targeting fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, praxis and motor planning, self-regulation, and feeding therapy. Anna also has a special interest in ocular motor skills and experience screening for challenges that may impact reading, writing, balance, and safe navigation of the environment.
Outside of Creating Connections, Anna enjoys reading, crocheting, painting, exploring fun DIY projects, and spending time with her two cats, Otto and Odele, who bring plenty of curiosity and cuddles to her days.

Genevieve (Therapist)
Occupational Therapist, MS OTR/L
With over 9 years working as a pediatric occupational therapist, Genevieve is passionate about supporting the development of children and their families. With a background in early intervention, Genevieve has an extensive understanding of child development and family-centered care, considering the whole child when working toward their goals. She helps children of all abilities build essential skills in sensory integration, fine motor development, feeding development, and self-regulation so they can become more independent in their daily routines. Through child-centered, play-based activities, she creates a personalized approach that addresses each child's unique needs and builds on their strengths. Her background as a professional dancer with training in adaptive dance techniques brings a unique, creative, and joyful approach to occupational therapy. Genevieve believes that therapy should be both effective and fun, and she is dedicated to creating a strong connection with each child.
When she’s not working at Creating Connections, Genevieve enjoys dancing, live music, hiking, and spending time with her son.

Elizabeth "Liz" Hoctor (Therapist)
Occupational Therapist
Liz has been an occupational therapist for seven years, working with clients across the lifespan in a variety of settings. She began her career in inpatient rehabilitation before transitioning to school-based practice, where she has spent the past five years. During her time in inpatient rehab, she had the opportunity to float to the pediatric unit for a day — an experience that completely changed her path. It was then she realized she had found where she belonged.
Over time, Liz’s true passion has become working with children on the autism spectrum and supporting them in reaching their full potential. She incorporates a variety of approaches into her sessions, including sensory-based and play-based interventions, and enjoys creatively adapting activities to meet each child’s unique goals and needs.
Her clinical interests include sensory integration, feeding, handwriting, and fine motor development. One of her favorite parts of being a pediatric OT is discovering new and meaningful ways to make play therapeutic.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys running, traveling, and spending summers on the Cape.

Occupational Therapist
Megan is a caring and compassionate Occupational Therapist with experience in early intervention and working with Autistic children. Her core values focus on helping children succeed, live meaningful lives, and participate in the activities that matter most to them.
Megan uses a strengths-based, play-based approach and believes meaningful progress happens when children feel engaged, supported, and understood — even in the smallest moments. She takes a family-centered approach to care, making sure families feel supported, confident, and capable with strategies they can use in everyday life.
Megan is highly empathetic and enjoys tailoring each session to a child’s unique interests and goals. In her free time, she enjoys walks by the ocean, skiing, spending time with her niece and nephew, and trying new baking recipes!

Ashley (Therapist)
Speech Therapist
Through Ashley’s experience in both school settings and pediatric outpatient clinics, she has supported children with a wide range of communication needs. Including language development, articulation, pragmatics, fluency, and AAC. These experiences have strengthened her ability to create individualized, collaborative treatment plans and work closely with related service providers and caregivers to help each child communicate successfully. Ashley uses a neurodiversity affirming and child-led therapy approach that is centered around each child’s unique interests and strengths. Whether she’s incorporating favorite toys, games, or topics, she designs sessions that are engaging, motivating, and purposeful. She loves finding creative ways to challenge children while building their confidence and highlighting what they do best.
Ashley is passionate about building meaningful, trusting relationships with the children and families she works with. She believes that strong connections are the foundation for growth, and she strives to create a warm, supportive environment where each child feels seen, heard, and celebrated. Her therapy approach is rooted in meeting children where they are and supporting their communication across all environments. By collaborating closely with team members, she ensures that every child’s goals are functional, personalized, and carry over into their daily lives.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys reading, running, and staying active. Whether it’s skiing in the mountains or spending her day at the beach, Ashley is always on the go!

Lizzie (Therapist)
Occupational Therapist, MS OTR/L
Lizzie is a passionate occupational therapist with five years of experience in an outpatient pediatric setting. She uses a neuro-affirming, client-centered, and play-based approach to therapy. Lizzie values building strong connections with her clients and creating a space where children feel understood, supported, and comfortable being themselves.
You can often find her in the gym singing favorite songs with her clients while they navigate a tricky obstacle course together. Lizzie focuses on highlighting each child’s strengths while helping them build functional skills that support confidence and self-esteem.
She is also passionate about partnering with families to help them better understand and support their child’s emotional regulation, communication, and daily routines. This includes the language we use, the regulation tools we practice and model, and activities that can be naturally incorporated into everyday life.
Outside of work, Lizzie enjoys staying active by playing soccer and tennis, journaling and reading, and spending time with family and friends!

Charlene
Certified Medical Biller & Coder
Charlene is a certified medical biller and coder with over 10 years of experience, specializing in outpatient pediatric occupational therapy, speech therapy, and mental health services. She’s passionate about making the billing process smoother for both families and providers—helping practices run efficiently while ensuring claims are submitted accurately and on time. Her mission is to remove the stress from billing so that providers can focus on delivering high-quality care.
Outside of work, Charlene enjoys making memories and going on adventures with her two kids. A former jazz dancer of 13 years, she still keeps moving with weekly Zumba classes. She also loves cooking, hiking, spending time at the beach, and never says no to a good coffee before a thrift store visit.
